A leading company seeks a dedicated HR professional to manage recruitment and administrative tasks for store-level and support staff. You will handle employee records, support payroll, and ensure smooth operations while adhering to HR policies and labor laws. The position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail, ideal for candidates looking to make an impact in the HR field.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for store-level and support staff: job placements, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, leaves, and claims for retail/office staff.
• Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance inputs and overtime data.
• Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws, especially at the store level.
• Assist and maintain up to date HR documentation, forms and records.
Administrative Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the store and back office (e.g., supplies, facility maintenance, contracts renewal, utilities etc).
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, security services, and housekeeping.
• Managing purchase orders, products inventory, price updates and store supplies.
• Assist and arranging couriers, tracking shipments and communicating with warehouse and providers.
• Updating internal system with product and inventory data, filing invoices, purchase records
• Producing repots & analysis on sales, stocks levels, purchase and administration records
