About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised HR/Admin Assistant to join our team at Infinite Facilities Services Pte Ltd', a leading cleaning company in the Ang Mo Kio North-East Region. This full-time role will provide critical administrative and HR support to our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and coordinating logistics
  • Assisting with HR tasks such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintaining and updating HR and administrative databases and systems
  • Performing other general office duties as required

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR assistant role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including payroll and benefits administration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
