Job summary

This role involves managing employee fingerprint registration, monitoring attendance records, and handling staff leave applications. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage fingerprint registration for employees and sub-con workers.
  • Monitor and maintain attendance records for compliance.
  • Administer staff leave applications.
  • Verify attendance reports for sub-con workers.
  • Prepare medical claims letters and follow up.
  • Coordinate annual noise monitoring examinations.
  • Maintain detailed records of foreign workers.
  • Manage requisition orders and office supplies.
  • Liaise with telco providers regarding corporate lines.
  • Organize production personnel files.
  • Complete additional ad-hoc duties as required.
