A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Assistant to handle employee inquiries and support HR activities. The successful candidate will manage inquiries through the internal system, maintain HR documentation, and assist with engagement activities. Ideal for candidates with a diploma in HR or Business, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle HR-related inquiries from employees via email and track them through our internal system.
Assign cases to the right teams when needed and follow up to ensure resolution within service timelines (SLA).
Review and process employee verification (PSV) reports on time.
Maintain and update HR FAQs on the intranet and chatbot.
Keep the HR knowledge base current and useful.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports for management.
Support HR engagement activities like posters and roadshows to promote HR services.
Assist with general HR tasks.
Support any other HR duties as required.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business or any other related field
Good interpersonal and communication skills
