An established industry player is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to manage daily operations and support recruitment and training efforts. Responsibilities
Perform administrative duties and manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, insurance maintenance, work passes, employment contract preparation, personal file maintenance, leave recording, and employee relations activities.
Handle stationeries, pantry supplies, and printed materials.
Support ad hoc projects as necessary.
Requirements
Secondary school, GCE 'O' Level, or Diploma qualification.
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in retail administration and HR fields.
Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word and Excel, and Chinese Word processing.
Familiarity with MOM regulations is preferable.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
Immediate or short notice availability is a plus.
