Job description

Responsible

  1. Administrative duties and daily HR operations including recruitment and training, insurance maintenance, work passes, employment contract preparation, personal file maintenance, leave recording, and employee relations activities.
  2. Handle stationeries, pantry supplies, and printed materials.
  3. Support ad hoc projects as necessary.

Requirement

  1. Secondary school/ GCE 'O' Level / Diploma qualification.
  2. At least 1 to 2 years work experience in Retail administration and HR fields.
  3. Familiar with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word processing.
  4. Familiarity with MOM regulations is preferable.
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
  7. Able to multi-task and be a team player.
