A leading company is seeking an HR & Admin Assistant to oversee employee lifecycle management, manage daily HR operations, and assist with payroll and benefits. This role requires familiarity with Ministry of Manpower regulations and proficiency in relevant HR systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
As our HR & Admin Assistant, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle end-to-end processes for staff onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
HR Operations: Manage daily HR tasks such as maintaining HR databases, document keeping, and ensuring the accuracy of employee records.
Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, overtime calculations, leave tracking, and expense reimbursements.
MOM Compliance & Foreign Worker Management: Be familiar with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) rules and regulations. This includes applying for foreign worker work passes, liaising with MOM on matters related to workplace safety, work passes, and other relevant issues, and handling matters related to worker dormitories and levy waivers.
Policy Management: Assist in updating company policies and communicating changes to staff.
System Management: Utilize Infotech HR system for all relevant HR functions.
Experience: Proven experience in an HR and Admin support role.
MOM Knowledge: Strong understanding and familiarity with MOM regulations and best practices.
Software Proficiency: Experience with Infotech HR system is a significant advantage.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
Attention to Detail: Possess high attention to detail and a meticulous approach to all tasks.
Independence: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
