About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR & Admin Assistant to join our team at Communications Test Design (S) Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR and administrative support to our growing organisation located in the Woodlands North Region.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and offboarding

  • Handling general HR inquiries and serving as the first point of contact for HR-related matters

  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

  • Coordinating and organising company events, meetings, and training sessions

  • Providing administrative support, such as filing, document management, and general office duties

  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Supporting the HR team in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment

  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in HR or a related field is preferred

  • Experience with HRMS or payroll system(Info-Tech) is a plus.

  • Advantage for those who can start immediate/short notice
