A leading company seeks a motivated HR & Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive HR support in Singapore. The role involves managing the employee lifecycle, coordinating events, and assisting in policy development, offering an opportunity to grow within a supportive environment.
About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR & Admin Assistant to join our team at Communications Test Design (S) Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR and administrative support to our growing organisation located in the Woodlands North Region.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and offboarding
Handling general HR inquiries and serving as the first point of contact for HR-related matters
Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinating and organising company events, meetings, and training sessions
Providing administrative support, such as filing, document management, and general office duties
Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Supporting the HR team in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
Basic understanding of HR principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant qualifications or experience in HR or a related field is preferred
Experience with HRMS or payroll system(Info-Tech) is a plus.
