Job Description
- Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company.
- Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results.
- Organising training materials and oversee training programs.
- Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management
- Liaise with MOM on HR matters, such as HR statistical reports and surveys. Manage staff insurance & claim (WICA, foreign worker insurance).
- Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in handling full cycle of Work Injury Claims based on WICA regulation & Training and Development.
- Analytical and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
- Possess excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Must have initiative and able to handle multiple project concurrently.
