Job description
Responsibilities
HR Duties
Assist with monthly payroll and OT calculations.
Maintain and update workers’ attendance & leave records.
Assist with work pass applications & renewals.
Handle matters related to workers’ insurance, dormitory, and training.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contract, confirmation letter, termination letter & etc.
Admin Duties
Prepare invoices and update monthly reports.
Process customer and supplier invoices, credit & debit notes, and verify supporting documents.
Issue & monitor purchase orders.
Perform general admin tasks including data entry and document filing.
Handle other administrative & ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail & good organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
On-the-job training provided.
