Job description

Responsibilities
HR Duties
  • Assist with monthly payroll and OT calculations.
  • Maintain and update workers’ attendance & leave records.
  • Assist with work pass applications & renewals.
  • Handle matters related to workers’ insurance, dormitory, and training.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contract, confirmation letter, termination letter & etc.
Admin Duties
  • Prepare invoices and update monthly reports.
  • Process customer and supplier invoices, credit & debit notes, and verify supporting documents.
  • Issue & monitor purchase orders.
  • Perform general admin tasks including data entry and document filing.
  • Handle other administrative & ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail & good organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • On-the-job training provided.
