Job Description
Assist in full spectrum of the HR function.
Assist in payroll process, employee tax matters.
Assist in staff on-boarding and off-boarding.
Maintain accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records and general administrative duties including documentation and filing.
Assist in process work passes application / renewal / cancellation / appeals and medical check-up arrangement.
Ensure efficient use, maintenance and management of office’s equipment and resources.
Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Experience in the related field will have an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Detailed, meticulous with good organization skills.
Team player with a positive attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
