The role involves managing workforce administration, liaising with subcontractors, and supporting a new ERP system. Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Human Resource department in day-to-day operations to align with company business goals and objectives
  • Work with site coordinators to manage general workers administration including work permits applications, renewals and cancellations, workers training, certifications, security bonds, etc
  • Liaise with 3rd party sub-contractors in worker supply arrangement including receiving price quotations and coordinating between project teams and the manpower suppliers
  • Actively involved in the new ERP system
  • Support data entry for certain groups in the new ERP system and maintain and update records from the database
  • Ensure up-to-date manpower headcounts and organization charts
  • Coordinate IT-related equipment pertaining to laptop allocation and inventory management
  • Any other office administrative matters
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
  • Good knowledge and skill in Project Management
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Project Administration for construction, design or building industry or property/facility management
  • Should be highly driven and independent; possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
