Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Human Resource department in day-to-day operations to align with company business goals and objectives
- Work with site coordinators to manage general workers administration including work permits applications, renewals and cancellations, workers training, certifications, security bonds, etc
- Liaise with 3rd party sub-contractors in worker supply arrangement including receiving price quotations and coordinating between project teams and the manpower suppliers
- Actively involved in the new ERP system
- Support data entry for certain groups in the new ERP system and maintain and update records from the database
- Ensure up-to-date manpower headcounts and organization charts
- Coordinate IT-related equipment pertaining to laptop allocation and inventory management
- Any other office administrative matters
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
- Good knowledge and skill in Project Management
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Project Administration for construction, design or building industry or property/facility management
- Should be highly driven and independent; possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
