Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, arranging interviews).
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Track attendance, leave applications, and prepare monthly HR reports.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
Handle general staff queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Assist in planning employee engagement activities and events.
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and internal policies.
Liaise with vendors and government bodies when needed (e.g. insurance, CPF, etc.).
Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
At least 2 years of HR/admin experience.
Familiar with local employment regulations and HR practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
