Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, arranging interviews).

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Track attendance, leave applications, and prepare monthly HR reports.

  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data.

  • Handle general staff queries related to HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist in planning employee engagement activities and events.

  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and internal policies.

  • Liaise with vendors and government bodies when needed (e.g. insurance, CPF, etc.).

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

  • At least 2 years of HR/admin experience.

  • Familiar with local employment regulations and HR practices.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
