This role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and involves various HR-related tasks. Ideal candidates should have a minimum qualification of N Level or equivalent and familiarity with payroll software.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in HR.
  • Experience with Timesoft Payroll software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes including job postings and liaising with agents.
  • Process Work Pass applications and handle payroll matters.
  • Oversee onboarding and staff training activities.

Job Description

Manage Recruitment Processes - posting of job availability, liaise with agents etc

Process all Work Pass application, MOM-related surveys, Prepare Letters, and Handle HR related tasks

Prepare payroll and handle payroll matters

Onboarding & Off-Boarding

Manage staff Training activities

Perform any adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Min 1 year relevant experience

Min N Level or equivlent qualification

Prior experience with Timesoft Payroll software advantageous

Working Hours

Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Sat : 8.30am to 12.30pm
