Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist in the management of foreign workers matters, (e.g. TMS, WICA, FWMI, dormitory, work pass matters, insurances, etc)
- Assist in sourcing and administer training needs (sourcing, administration, application, evaluation, etc)
- Assist to attend to staffs’ queries pertaining to HR & admin matters
- Assist in recruitment matters (arranging interview, offering, onboarding, orientation, etc)
- Assist in organising of Company bonding events and activities
- Provide HR administrative & operations support when necessary
Office Administration
- Assist in managing office inventories and ensure adequate supplies at reasonable cost
- Assist in managing the inventories of office equipment and ensure items are in working condition
- Assist in monitoring office & facilities service and maintenance
- Perform reception duties and attend to incoming calls, visitors
- Handle incoming & outgoing mails, email enquiries, etc
- Provide administration support on Company Fleets (insurance, summons, season parking, etc)
- Coordinate with building management on maintenance, car park & facilities issues
- Periodically observe, review and suggest best practices for administrative work flows and office management for greater efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in Engineering/ Construction industry preferred
- Meticulous, organised and detailed oriented
- Good follow-up skill and proactive to matters arising
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in Info-tech HRMS System an advantage
