An established industry player in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR professional to manage various HR administration tasks. You will play a key role in organizing employee engagement activities and ensuring compliance with the Singapore Employment Act. This position involves overseeing payroll processing, analyzing compensation policies, and supporting expatriate matters. Responsibilities
· Participate in HR administration processes such as arrange for candidates liaison, interviews, work pass applications, payroll processing
· Organise and implement employee engagement activities, CSR activities, D&D events, L&D programmes across different business units.
· Handle monthly payroll and ensures timely and accurate payroll delivery and CPF compliance.
· Analyze and review compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitive
· programs and compliance with legal requirements.
· Formulate and monitor manpower budgeting and headcount report on periodic basis.
· Coordinate and work on expatriate matters. Facilitate the application and renewal of employment pass / work permit, onboard incoming expat and exit of expatriates.
· Support in HR system implementation and be the superuser of HRMS
· Identify training requirements and provide training support
Requirements/Skills
· At least 3-4 years experience in HR related matters
· High level of initiative and proactiveness
· Reliable and strong communication skills
· Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and related statutory policies
· Good verbal and written command of English
