Job summary

Job description
HR Admin Duties
  • Responsible for full recruitment process
  • Prepare employment-related letters and company memos
  • Perform full payroll and salary related matters
  • Handle work application and factory licenses on government portals
  • Handle staff insurance and welfare matter
  • Handle submission and processing of statutory payments and claims
  • Maintain accurate records in the HR system and employees\' personal files
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangement
  • Issuance & control of company items
  • Handle staff’s training matters
  • Liaise with vendors on office/building/dormitory maintenance
  • Prepare HR admin related reports
Accounts Duties
  • Input suppliers’ invoices (AR)
  • Process payments (AP)
  • Match purchase orders, deliver orders with supplier invoices
  • Perform reconciliation (bank, inter-company accounts, accounts receivable)
  • Monitor AR ageing report and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Requirement
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in Easypay payroll software will be an advantage.
  • Able to converse and write Mandarin to manage Chinese-speaking workers.
