Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a reliable and organized individual ready to take on multiple roles. This position involves handling HR duties, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll and bookkeeping. Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR/admin/accounts, preferably in SME/logistics.
  • Proactive and discreet, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle HR duties including onboarding and leave tracking.
  • Assist with payroll, invoicing, and bookkeeping tasks.

Looking for someone reliable, organized, and ready to wear multiple hats!

Key Duties:

  • Handle HR duties: onboarding, leave/MC tracking, MOM submissions
  • Maintain employee and vehicle admin records
  • Assist with payroll, invoicing, and bookkeeping
  • Liaise with MOM, IRAS, and external accountant

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR/admin/accounts (SME/logistics preferred)
  • Strong with Excel, Xero/QuickBooks, and MOM/CPF systems
  • Proactive, discreet, and able to work independently
