Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular checks and inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness in common areas and washrooms at all times
• Supervise and coordinate with the cleaning team to ensure smooth daily running of the housekeeping operations including attendance and deployment of cleaners
• Report on housekeeping maintenance and defects issues and inventory stock monitoring
• Assist with cleaning if required
• Provide housekeeping and logistics support for Marcom event if required
• Any other duties as directed

Requirements

• Diploma or Professional certification in Hospitality or an equivalent professional qualification in a related field preferred
• Prior housekeeping experience in the hospitality field or 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity is an advantage
• Able to perform shift duties including weekends and public holidays
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
