The Housekeeping Supervisor at Conrad Hotels & Resorts is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of public areas, F&B outlets, guestrooms, guest corridors, and back-of-house areas.

Responsibilities include:
  • Following proper payroll, keys, and pager procedures.
  • Preparing maid assignment reports.
  • Monitoring and guiding Room Attendants to meet cleanliness standards.
  • Recommending and implementing disciplinary actions.
  • Providing excellent guest service.
  • Inspecting guest rooms to ensure standards are met.
  • Monitoring cleanliness of hallways, lift landings, and service areas.
  • Coordinating and monitoring projects and tasks.
  • Detecting discrepancies and reporting issues.
  • Maintaining the condition of bedspreads, draperies, carpets, and furniture.
  • Keeping storage and pantry areas organized and clean.
  • Managing work orders and follow-up inspections.
  • Reporting maintenance issues and filling out work orders.
  • Handling lost and found items.
  • Maintaining high employee morale.
  • Communicating effectively with all departments.
  • Using logs for communication.
  • Understanding department policies and standards.
  • Assisting in performance evaluations.
  • Responding to emergencies and safety situations.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates should:

  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Work well in a team.
  • Understand the duties of Room Attendants.
  • Preferably have at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Be able to work independently and proactively.
  • Be organized and able to plan schedules.
  • Be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends.
