Job description

Job Duties:

• Assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks.
• Audit cleaners to ensure high standards of cleanliness in guestrooms and shared spaces.
• Provide regular training to cleaning staff.
• Allocate and forecast cleaning schedules daily.
• Forecast staffing needs based on occupancy rates.
• Respond to housekeeping inquiries from in-house guests.
• Procure and control inventory of in-room amenities.
• Ensure prompt unit release for move-in.
• Manage unit status updates.
• Identify defects and room conditions; coordinate repairs with the Technical and Community departments, and determine repair timelines.
• Coordinate tasks among customer service and property teams.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in hospitality management or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years’ housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
