Job summary
A hospitality firm in Singapore seeks a dedicated individual to oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and staff training. The role requires ensuring high guest satisfaction and managing all aspects of the hospitality environment, including linen quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of all areas according to set standards.
- Conduct daily briefing. Plans the work of the shift and assign associates in designated areas.
- Responsible for all landscaped area and plants within and outside the building.
- Trains all associates and monitors their performance.
- Ensure guest satisfaction index is maintained at the set standard.
- Prepare Welcome Hampers for VIP/Special requests.
- Responsible for documentation and report generation pertaining to lost and found, linen, and room service.
- Ensures safety of all team members and guests.
- Maintain reports and documents pertaining to guest service and resource handling.
- Maintain all equipment and machinery in their area of work.
- Ensure quality of all linen and uniform is checked against the set standards.
- Ensure all linen and other items are tagged correctly.
- Responsible for spot checks of all linen items, room set up, and uniform.
- Supervises outsourced contractors for contractual compliance.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules.
- Liaise with Front Office and Engineering to ensure maintenance job completion.
- Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of all areas according to set standards.

- Responsible for maintaining all reports and documents pertaining to guest service and resource handling.
- Maintain all equipment and machinery in their area of work and follow safety standards.
- Ensure that the quality of all linen and uniform both for internal and external guests is checked against the set standards.
- Follows the discard schedule and also ensures that all linen and other items are tagged correctly.
- Responsible for spot checks of all linen items, room set up, key control, uniform, etc.
- Supervises outsourced contractors to ensure contractual compliance
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules for all areas.
- Liaise constantly with Front Office and Engineering to make sure the maintenance job is completed.
- Any other duties as directed.
