Job description

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our Housekeeping Department as Floor Supervisor / Assistant Floor Supervisor. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our hotel and provide exceptional service to our guests.

What will I be doing?

• Leadership & Team Coordination - Oversee staff, assign tasks efficiently, ensure smooth operations
• Quality Control & Attention to Detail - Inspect guest rooms and public areas, ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Guest Service & Problem Solving - Respond to complaints and requests, ensure high guest satisfaction
• Compliance & Safety Management - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintain a safe environment
• Inventory & Resource Management - Manage supplies and equipment inventory, ensure timely reordering
• Training & Development - Train new staff, provide ongoing skill development, ensure consistent performance
• Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Coordination - Coordinate with other departments, ensure seamless operations, enhance guest experience
