Job summary
The Chinese Swimming Club is seeking a Housekeeping Operations Supervisor to manage daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness across all facilities. Qualifications

Main Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations.
- Manage requirements and needs for daily banquet events related to housekeeping.
- Coordinate with Housekeepers to assign daily work and ensure high cleanliness and service standards.
- Ensure cleanliness of all premises, including back-of-house areas.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify defects and ensure prompt rectification.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies, ensuring proper storage, recording, and inventory management.
- Recommend and oversee housekeeping amenities in the club’s changing rooms and toilets for members’ use.
- Supervise facilities attendants and operation assistants in waste removal and disposal tasks.
- Plan logistics and communicate setup requirements to housekeepers according to activity instructions.
- Perform daily walkthroughs and inspections, addressing any defects promptly.
- Ensure safety measures such as barricading wet or housekeeping areas are properly implemented.
- Support club events related to housekeeping.
- Schedule and monitor daily pool cleaning activities, such as removing fallen leaves.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the entire clubhouse, including F&B outlets, function rooms, grand ballrooms, meeting rooms, and admin offices.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Higher/Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building or Facilities Management, Estate Management, or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant housekeeping experience.
- Proficient in English and a team player.
- Able to perform rotating shifts on a 5.5-day workweek, including weekends and public holidays.
