A luxury hotel in Singapore seeks a dedicated individual for housekeeping duties, ensuring linens are properly maintained and clean. Candidates must possess physical stamina, a professional attitude, and excellent time management skills. Previous customer service experience is a plus, and the role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
· To check linen received from the outside laundry. To spot check linen for damage or stains when item is received.
· To ensure linens are properly stacked in the linen room, shelving and other related areas are clean.
· To ensure proper control in the issuance of linen.
· To report to the Housekeeping Shift Leader on heavily damaged or stained linens and to ensure that such items are recorded in the logbook.
· To assist in the inventory of hotel linens.
· To assist in the uniform attendant duties as needed.
· To comply with hotel grooming standards.
· To comply with hotel Fire Safety and Security procedures.
· To perform all duties other than these above which are requested by the hotel management/direct supervisor.
Job Requirements:
