Job Responsibilities

  • Vacuum corridors, clean furniture, mirrors, and guest lifts according to the required frequency and established procedures.
  • Clean guest room windows, air-condition ventilation grilles, walls, cornices, ceiling boards, light fixtures and its cover according to the required frequency and established procedures.
  • Sweep, mop and scrub guest floor service areas according to established procedures and with approved cleaning solution. Ensure that all dirts and stains are removed.
  • Shampoo carpets of guest rooms, corridors, hotel offices and guests lifts according to established procedures and ensure that all spots and stains are removed. Shampoo upholstery of chairs, bed heads, etc. according to established procedures and that all dirts and stains are removed.
  • Bring up fresh linen from Linen Room to pantries at stipulated time and ensure that items are sent to the correct floor pantry.
  • Removal of soiled linens from all guest lift landing and place in linen trolleys.
  • Remove rubbish from floors to compactor room. Ensure that the rubbish is cleared from all floors on a daily basis.
  • Perform any other job tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements
