A leading hotel in Singapore seeks a Housekeeper dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a pleasant disposition, capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include cleaning rooms, replenishing amenities, and addressing guest requests promptly. This role requires flexibility in working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
· Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel guestrooms to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Make bed, dust room, vacuum the room and clean the bathroom.
· Replenish the amenities according to the hotel room standards.
· Inspect condition of room facilities and report any defects to Assistant Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor.
· Turn over any lost and found items to Housekeeping Department.
· Attend to guests requests promptly.
· Undertake any other duties as requested by the Supervisors.
