If you’ve worked in hospitality, hotel operations, or housekeeping management, we’d love to hear from you! Your experience in creating smooth and seamless operations will be highly valued in this role.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing household staff , ensuring the home runs efficiently, and supporting the Principal with personal assistant duties. Responsibilities

Oversee and manage household staff to ensure efficient operations.

Coordinate schedules and activities for the family.

Provide personal assistant support to the Principle, including managing correspondence, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism within the household.

Address any household-related issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role managing household matters, preferably with prior experience in supporting senior executives in high-pressure environments or international law firms.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

High integrity and honesty in all dealings.

Ability to manage stress and maintain composure in challenging situations.

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
