Staff Management

  • All things salary/wages related including statutory compliance and reporting
  • Work allocation, management and oversight
  • Attendance plan and schedule, weekly roster, etc
  • Responsible for a team of housekeepers and chef

Property Management

  • Management covers inventory, user manuals, vendor details and management, maintenance schedules, oversight, checks and up-keep of all systems, plant and equipment
  • Schedule regular maintenance of all systems, plant and equipment
  • Unscheduled ad hoc maintenance and repair
  • Emergency repairs and maintenance

Household Management

  • Daily operations: kitchen, housekeeping, waste, utilities etc
  • Inventory and supplies management
  • Household budget management and expense reporting
  • Guest and special events planning and management
  • Pets' management walks, food, health, grooming, etc

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience working in private homes
  • Cabin crew with supervisory experience or hotel butler service are also welcome to apply
  • outstanding references from both current and previous employers

  • fluent in English with good oral and written communication skills
  • understands that the utmost confidentiality and discretion are required

  • 5-day work week, must be flexible in scheduling with availability to work on Saturday and overtime
