Job summary

NEXTAIR ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent housekeeping attendant to maintain clean office spaces, labs, and common areas.

You will handle waste, replenish consumables, pantry restocking, carpet and glass cleaning, and support with garden tasks at the Tuas site as needed. This role requires Singaporean or PR status, good physical fitness, reliable punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Singaporean or Singapore PR (mandatory)
• Prior housekeeping / cleaning experience preferred, but not essential — training will be provided
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning duties
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of office areas
• Cleaning and replenishing consumables
• General waste collection and disposal
• Lab general cleaning
• Carpet cleaning and shampooing
• High dusting and glass cleaning
• Warehouse cleaning
• QC & GPT labs floor cleaning (Quality Control & Growth/Production Testing lab)
• Toilet cleaning and upkeep
• Compound cleaning
• Support with pantry upkeep and restocking of supplies (coffee, tea, snacks, sanitizers, wet wipes)
• Basic landscaping support (as assigned at Tuas site), e.g. plant pruning
