Hostel Warden Position

The Hostel Warden position involves overseeing the overall well-being, discipline, and administration of the hostel to maintain a safe and healthy living environment. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Allotting rooms to residents
2. Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of hostel premises
3. Monitoring food quality
4. Maintaining strict discipline
5. Reporting incidents of indiscipline to the Director
6. Addressing grievances/complaints from residents
7. Providing first aid during emergencies
8. Arranging hospitalization when necessary

The ideal candidate should possess a caring and mature demeanor, with the ability to supervise residents effectively. Educational qualifications include any Degree Graduate or 10th/12th pass candidates with relevant experience. Prior experience in hostel management is preferred but not mandatory. This position is exclusively for female candidates.
