Job Responsibilities:
Attend to guest feedback/request
Carry out inspections of MEP plant rooms and system
Record utility consumption
Carry out daily routine inspections of public areas
Attend to breakdown and repair of equipment
Respond to emergency incidents
Job Requirements:
Higher NITEC / NITEC in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
1 to 2 years of working experience in hotel / commercial buildings
Able to work weekends/shifts and Public holidays
Trained in First Aid, Respond to Fire in the Workplace, Respond to Fire Emergencies in Building
