Job Summary:

• Flexible hours available
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required
• Working rights are necessary
• This is an urgent hire

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including carpets, flooring, wallpapers, furniture, and bathrooms daily. Make up rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
• Perform duties courteously, safely, and efficiently, adhering to hotel and government policies, ensuring high service and communication standards.
• Equip trolley with supplies and keep it tidy at all times.
• Assist with laundry duties: collect and deliver guest laundry, count soil linen, and distribute clean linen.
• Report suspicious persons or actions, handle DND rooms as per procedures, and report room discrepancies accurately.
• Clean public areas within the hotel and carry out special tasks such as shampooing carpets and stocktaking.

Requirements:

• Able to perform rotating shifts and work 6 days a week
• Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
• Basic English communication skills for effective interaction with guests and colleagues
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
