Hotel Room Attendant

Job Summary

Responsible in daily cleanliness of the hotel.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.
• Replenish room amenities.
• Check and stock up all necessary linens and amenities required to housekeeping trolley.
• To check and replenish mini-bar.
• To ensure public area is well maintained.
• To check on amenities supplies and report on stock up.

Requirements

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience of at least 1 year and more.
• Matured, proactive and positive individual capable of multi-tasking.
• Guest-centric with a passion to serve.
• Outspoken personality with basic English communication skills.
• Ability to perform independently and as part of a team.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends.
