JOB SCOPE

The Hotel Front Desk Agent will assist with check-in/out, inquiries, and serve guests who stay or visit our hotel.

The Hotel Restaurant Food & Beverage Service Agent will assist in attending and serving guests dining at our hotel.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES for Hotel Front Desk Agent

• Attend to, serve, and assist guests with inquiries and services needed during check-in and check-out.
• Provide excellent guest and customer service tailored to guest needs.
• Escort guests to their rooms and demonstrate room amenities.
• Assist with luggage handling for check-in and check-out.
• Communicate effectively to listen and resolve guest inquiries and issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• One (1) or two (2) years of relevant work experience is preferred.
