Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is offering an on-site Hotel Operations – Sourcing & Logistics Internship in Singapore. You will support the Senior Manager, Hotel Operations, Sourcing Manager and Logistics Specialist in coordinating sourcing, inventory management, and delivery of items to ships.

The program provides exposure to end-to-end processes, warehouse tracking, and cross-team collaboration across shoreside and shipboard operations.

Qualifications

Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with local sourcing of Hotel Operations items and coordinate with the Senior Manager, Hotel Operations and Sourcing Manager.
Support inventory and warehouse tracking, including reconciliation of items received and outstanding requirements.
Maintain a consolidated Hotel Operations Master Tracker for items ordered, received, and pending actions.
Track end-to-end logistics from warehouse receipt through shipboard delivery and resolve discrepancies.
Review and clean up backlog of items pending receipt or delivery and coordinate with multiple teams.
