Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Singapore invites an undergraduate to join our Hotel Operations team as a Sourcing & Logistics Intern. You will support local sourcing, inventory tracking, master tracker management and shipboard transfers under guidance from senior managers, gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end logistics.

Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Supply Chain or related fields, with strong Excel skills, attention to detail and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data trackers.

Responsibilities

• Assist local sourcing efforts and coordinate with Senior Manager and Sourcing Manager.
• Maintain Inventory on Hand and reconcile items with outstanding requirements.
• Manage a consolidated Hotel Operations Master Tracker for orders and transfers.
• Support end-to-end logistics from warehouse receipt to shipboard delivery.
• Review backlog and work with teams to close aged actions.
• Collaborate with vendors, shoreside teams, and shipboard operations for visibility.
