Job summary

WORLDWIDE HOTELS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation of hotel properties.

You will perform hands-on repairs across M&E systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting and carpentry, and coordinate with other departments for seamless service. The role requires 1–2 years in building M&E maintenance, NITEC in ACMV or related field, and ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in building M&E maintenance.
• ITE NITEC / Higher NITEC in ACMV, Building services, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repairs and general maintenance on M&E, plumbing and sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.
• Follow maintenance strategies and company policies for a safe environment.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations and report status to supervisors.
