Job summary

A leading service provider is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to manage and train the housekeeping staff in Singapore. The successful candidate will ensure that all guest rooms and service areas are clean and well-maintained, enforce cleaning standards, and conduct ongoing training. An ideal candidate should possess proven experience in housekeeping supervision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate staff effectively. This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week.

Responsible for supervising and assigning housekeeping tasks to ensure guest rooms and service areas are clean and well-maintained. Key duties include:

• Oversee and train housekeeping staff
• Set and enforce cleaning standards and procedures
• Conduct orientation and ongoing training
• Schedule and inspect cleaning programs
• Monitor VIP and special-needs residents
• Handle maintenance follow-ups and report damages
• Address complaints and suggest service improvements
• Motivate and discipline staff as needed
• Step in for cleaning during emergencies or shortages
