This position plays a pivotal role in coordinating a team of specialists (colleagues and external vendors) to provide best-in-class service standards to a group of ultra-high-networth individuals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Housekeeping: Train and develop the Housekeeping team in proper procedures and duties, review household manuals/SOPs for owner’s approval, source and recruit suitable staff, monitor schedules to ensure adequate staffing and supplies, and interact with owners to meet their needs.
  2. Culinary/Meal-Planning: Train and develop the Culinary team, review menus/recipes, source and recruit culinary staff, monitor schedules, and communicate with owners. Also, schedule and oversee routine maintenance from landscapers, cleaning services, etc.
  3. Events/Activities Planning & Execution: Coordinate external services to ensure events and activities are executed as planned, including setup of decorations, floral arrangements, door gifts, and wines.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience
  • Vendor and project management skills
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
  • Experience in delivering discreet, confidential, and unobtrusive service with fine etiquette
  • Ability to anticipate and adapt to others’ wishes
  • Attention to detail, with interest in antiques, fine wine, and flower arrangements
  • High personal standards
  • Experience in 5-star hotels is an advantage
