Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. recruits a Hotel Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out at the Nicol Highway location. You will handle guest inquiries, reservations, and routine front-desk duties in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Shifts are 6 days a week with morning, afternoon, and night rotations. The role includes cashiering responsibilities and opportunities for staff development and progression within the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a friendly, accurate and efficient check-in/out following the company's policies and procedures.
• May perform room checks, reservations and public area checks as part of the hotel's operations.
• Staff development and potential promotion.
• Answer inquiries by guests (email/phone/counter) and render assistance while maintaining hospitality standards.
• Cashiering duties and maintain accurate cash float.

Job description

Position title :Receptionist (Hotel)

Location:Nicol highway

Working days : 6 days ;7:00am - 3:00pm / 3:00pm - 11:00pm / 11:00pm - 7:00am[ Night shift only 1 month 1-2 times ]

Salary :$ 2,000 - $2,500

Responsibilities & Duties :

• Provide all guests with a friendly, accurate and efficient check-in/check-out while following the company's policies and procedures.


• May be tasked to execute room checks, reservation and public area checks etc, as part of the Hotel's effort to offer.


• Staffs more holistic training, towards possible promotion.


• Answering inquiries by guest (email/phone/at the counter) and render reasonable assistance within the expectation of keeping with excellent hospitality standards.


• Cashiering duties and maintain accurate cash float
