Job summary

Grand Imperial Hotel Pte. Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in top condition. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, using basic tools and following safety procedures.

The role requires 1–2 years of hotel maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in hotel maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and adapt to shifts.
• Commitment to safe work practices and record keeping in English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guestrooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas to repair, touch up or replace fixtures.
• Use basic hand and power tools to fix lighting, plumbing, carpentry and other fixtures.
• Maintain tools, equipment and working areas in safe condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls and log records in English.
• Assist hotel operations when required.
