Job summary

voco Orchard Singapore, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, is seeking a Technician to support daily maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment to ensure uptime and guest comfort.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, manage spares and consumables, and uphold OH&S standards while collaborating with the Engineering team. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years’ experience preferred for hotel environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience with related NTC certificates (equivalent to Nitec certification).
• You have minimum 1 years working experience.
• Fresh graduate is welcome too.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and curative maintenance.
• Order and monitor fuels, lubricants and repair parts.
• Maintain clean and tidy plant rooms.
• Maintain a level of broader knowledge to handle minor problems in all fields of the department.
• Attend to all types of repair and maintenance work in the Hotel premises and properties.
• Assist with the implementation of the hotel’s preventative maintenance system and repair log system.
• Participate in instructing colleagues on proper operation, safety procedures and cleaning of equipment.
