Job summary

Ohmyhotel & Co Group in Singapore seeks a Hotel Contracting Manager to lead hotel supply development and contracting across Singapore and Malaysia. This execution-focused role builds and manages the hotel partner portfolio to secure competitive inventory and rates for B2B distribution growth.

You will source, negotiate, and contract hotel partners in both markets, manage existing partnerships, and travel frequently for market visits and partner reviews.

• Manage and grow existing hotel partnerships, ensuring rate competitiveness, allotment availability, and contract compliance.
• Identify high-demand properties aligned with target source markets and close inventory gaps.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Data teams to align inventory with demand signals.
• Conduct regular hotel visits, market inspections, and partner business reviews across both countries.
• Represent the company at trade shows, hotel partner events, and industry conferences when required.

We are seeking a results-driven Hotel Contracting Manager to lead hotel supply development and contracting across Singapore and Malaysia. This role is execution-focused, responsible for building and managing the hotel partner portfolio in both markets and securing competitive inventory and rates to support B2B distribution growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and contract hotel partners across Singapore and Malaysia (Dynamic, Exclusive, and Static/Hard Block models)
• Manage and grow existing hotel partnerships, ensuring rate competitiveness, allotment availability, and contract compliance
• Identify high-demand properties aligned with target source markets (Korea, China, SEA, long-haul) and close inventory gaps
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Data teams to align inventory with demand signals
• Conduct regular hotel visits, market inspections, and partner business reviews across both countries
• Represent the company at trade shows, hotel partner events, and industry conferences when required

About you

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel contracting, sourcing, SCM, or B2B hotel sales (OTA, wholesaler, DMC, or bedbank background preferred)
• Working proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is an added advantage for effective communication in the local market
• Established network with hotels in Singapore and Malaysia preferred
• Strong negotiation, contract structuring, and commercial analysis skills
• Willingness to travel frequently between Singapore and Malaysia
