Full Time Hotel Butler (Central)

$2,500 to $2,800 / Month + Bonuses!

Working location: Orchard
Working hours: Rotating shifts

Job scope
• Provided personalized check-in/out and concierge services for VIP and suite guests.
• Assisted at Reception, Guest Relations, Valley Wing Lounge, and Summit Room.
• Ensured full knowledge of Valley Wing operations and guest service procedures.
• Maintained personal engagement with VIPs; tracked and fulfilled guest preferences.
• Delivered exceptional guest service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Actively gathered guest feedback to improve service and facilities.
• Handled guest interactions professionally in line with hotel standards.
• Met and greeted VIP/suite guests on arrival/departure for seamless experience.
• Coordinated special guest occasions (e.g., anniversaries) with personalized cards and amenities.
• Conducted casual conversations to learn about guest needs and preferences.
• Performed pre-arrival room checks; reported defects to Engineering/Housekeeping.
• Verified food & beverage quality, presentation, and temperature before service.
• Provided all-in-one service (Concierge, F&B, Cashiering, Front Desk).
• Fostered teamwork and communication for smooth operations.
• Maintained strict confidentiality of guest information.
