Ensure 100% adherence to Contract Management Policy, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze contract terms, collaborate with vendors on implementation, and mitigate compliance risks.
Vendor Performance Mastery:
Validate workforce competency for critical hospital areas and enforce KPI-driven service standards.
Conduct 20%+ monthly sampling checks to ensure accuracy of manual KPI reporting.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety Regulations.
Manage procurement (PRs/POs), in-house inventory (linen, trolleys), and BCP drills for crisis readiness.
Financial & Strategic Leadership:
Verify payments, claim liquidated damages for vendor non-performance, and ensure budget alignment.
Experience: 3+ years in contract management, vendor oversight, or healthcare operations.
Skills:
Expertise in healthcare /hospitality policies, KPI validation, procurement, and compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in data analysis, budget planning, and project management.
Tech-savvy mindset with interest in automation/robotics for streamlining processes
