Job description

Position Title: Executive, Hospitality
Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
Working Hours: Mon- Thurs 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm
Location: Singapore
Salary Range: up to $3200

Job Description:
Operations Management:

  • Assist the team in day-to-day operations of F&B outlets and event spaces, ensuring consistent delivery of high service standards.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate equipment and logistics support for events, as well as facilitate procurement activities for new accommodation facilities during the construction phase.

  • Coordinate and support site visits and venue handovers for various hospitality assets, including overseeing arrangements for lighting, air-conditioning, and ensuring the venue is clean, functional, and presentation-ready.

Administrative:

  • Prepare quotations and contract agreements.

  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of venue bookings, ensuring efficient utilization of spaces.

  • Assist with data entry and tracking of financial information in P&L (Profit and Loss) tables for venue-related assets and leased spaces.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the smooth running of operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Events Management, or a related field.d

  • Good level of understanding of the hospitality industry, including trends, best practices, and operational nuances

  • Experience in Ariba/Wordpress would be advantageous

  • Comfortable working in a campus-based environment with regular site visits.

  • Independent, resourceful, and a reliable team player.
