Location: Islandwide
Work Schedule: Office Hours, 5.5/5.25 workweek, with shift duties (based on vacancy)

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding support during the registration process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Appointment Management: Schedule appointments and promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining a high level of communication.
Administrative Efficiency: Execute general administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, contributing to smooth office operations.
Billing Oversight: Manage billing processes meticulously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Client Support: Prepare consultation documents and assist clients as a chaperone, providing guidance and support during their visits.
Ad Hoc Duties: Carry out various ad hoc tasks as assigned to bolster team operations and enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum qualifications: GCE N/O Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent.
A genuine passion for customer service and a proactive attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
