Job Description:
The Patient Liaison Officer serves as the primary touchpoint for patients and their families, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of hospital services. This role involves close interaction with both internal departments and external stakeholders in a fast-paced and service-oriented healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for patients and their next-of-kin
  • Coordinate appointments, admissions, and internal arrangements
  • Handle general enquiries and provide timely assistance to patients and caregivers
  • Support patient service recovery efforts with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist in managing direct admissions and medical evacuation procedures
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records in the system
  • Escort VIP and priority patients throughout their service journey
  • Support reporting, operations coordination, and improvement projects
  • Ensure all documentation complies with institutional policies and service standards

Requirements:
