Job summary

A leading healthcare company in Singapore seeks candidates for a patient service role. Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting doctors.   • Greet patients and manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and prepare patients for examinations.

Job description

Working Summary:

  • 8am – 5pm (Mon- Friday) / 8am -12.30pm (1 half a Saturday/ Month)

  • Basic Up to $2,600

  • Nearest MRT Outram

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and handle patients’ enquiries and over the telephone

  • Schedule appointments for patients and provide patients with relevant information regarding tests and investigations according to policies and procedures

  • Perform finalisation of bills & guide patient to use Self Service Station (SSS) and cashiering duties for services rendered to patients

  • Prepare patients for physical examination and investigations.

  • Record vital signs (height, weight, temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) of patients

  • Assist and chaperon doctors in the consultation rooms

Requirements:

  • Min GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline

  • 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry

  • Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply

  • Good interpersonal & communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
